1. Are You Manufacturer or a Trade Company?

2. Where is Your Factory Located?
Our factory is in Room 402, Building 2, No. 7, Humen Section, Tai 'an Road, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, CHINA, You are always welcome to visit our factory.
3. How can I do for samples?
Send a inquiry or chat with our staff, tell them about your needs and they will provide professional advice.
4. How many days will it take to complete the sample? What about mass production?
(1) Generally, digital sample or dummy sample in 2-3 days, finished product sample needs 5-7 working days.
(2) The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, process, etc., usually 15-20 working days is enough.
5. Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Certainly! There are multiple ways to display your logo on our products, such as printing, embossing, debossing, gold/silver foil, color hot stamping, spot UV, or Sticker, etc.
6. What’s your delivery terms and payment terms?
(1) We offer a range of shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You are welcome to choose the shipping option
that is most convenient and efficient for you.
(2) T/T wire transfer, credit or mastercard, electronic checks, paypal and Western Union are accepted.
Under normal circumstances, 50% of the deposit needs to be paid at the time of order confirmation, and the balance needs to be paid before shipment.
7. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Sure! We are honored to provide you with samples. The stock samples are free of charge, only the freight will be paid by you. Welcome to order samples, sample fees can be refunded according to the order amount.
8. What about the packaging of the finished product?
1. Conventional packaging: plastic bag/shrink wrap/waterproof paper; Insert or split protection;
2. Export corrugated boxes;
3. Film packaging and packaging tape for solid plastic pallets;
4. Packing bag protection;
5. No more than 21 kg per box;
6. Custom packaging is accepted.
9. What choices affect my price?
Price is usually based on five factors: size, product style, CMYK color or Pantone color, paper material, special finish, and quantity (more quantity you get, cheaper price you get).
Custom orders of 3000 pieces or more are eligible for a volume discount.

10. What happens after I place my order?
After you pay, our professional designer team will review your design to resolve any technical issues and send a 2D digital proof of your custom production to you within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send a notice directly to our designer team via the proof page and they will be happy to help you finalize your print design.
